We are adding in more detailed analytics into our error logging to be able to assist easier and better when errors occur so we can resolves them quicker

In the mobile app, if you tap the ? icon on the top right, there is a "Download logs for support" button. This exports a text file of all the recent actions taken in the app for our team to investigate any issues.
In the case of lost data, the logs contain all this information and everything can be recovered.
