Assigning an Area to a PO

Currently with Wisk, we have no way of knowing which PO is for which department/outlet within our greater complex/venue and when product is received our team members have no way of identifying which order should go where within our 5 outlet complex.
I would love a way to be able to assign a PO to an area or to have custom fields able to be used in the PO submenu in which I could utilize our custom "Outlet" field to specify the destination of the incoming order.
