It would be great to be able to see bottom-line numbers for specific categories, such as Variance % just for bottled Beer. Currently, I cannot isolate specific categories for analysis. This seems like a pretty basic function, how is this not already available?

Hey,
Thanks for your feedback, This should already be available to you via the extra columns you can change on the variance page. As well as groups the variance page to see overall family and category information.
