Purchase Orders should be able to be "fulfilled" into multiple invoices if need be. Often times in Hospitality, distributors can only fulfill a certain number of different SKUs on a PO and therefore having functionality where a PO to Invoice is a one-to-many relationship may be able to solve for this fairly common occurrence. It wouldn't be the entire PO being generated into an invoice, it would perhaps be based on the items fulfilled.
